In 1990 J.J.S. opened El Cantinero, a Mexican restaurant and Cantina which now seats over 160 in a brightly decorated dining room, a charming outdoor terrace and crazy cantina.

The evolution of El Cantinero evolves around George, his son, his family and his faithful employees, some of them working for him since the opening day.
